PRICING/FEES

Clinician fees at HSCC range from $110-$250 per individual 45-minute session. Couples’ work fees range from $230-$550 per intake session, and $200-$425 per follow-up appointment.

OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS

HSCC does not participate with insurance but does offer "out of network benefits".
We suggest you call your insurance to see if you have out of network benefits and if so, how much does it cover.

SUPERBILL

HSCC will provide clients with a monthly "superbill" which is a document that has specific service codes, dates of treatment, and fees. Clients then submit superbill to insurance for reimbursements.

SIMPLE PRACTICE

HSCC uses a HIPAA compliant medical record called Simple Practice that holds all of our client's mental health records. Clients receive a link to their client portal where they fill out personal information and can access invoices and superbills.

STRIPE

Simple Practice uses a credit card processing system called Stripe. Before intake, clients upload their credit card information and is charged at the time of each session. Your therapist will only have access to the last 4 digits of your card and it is completely secured.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Client is responsible for entire session fee if the change is made in less than 24 hours.
